What we eat and how it is produced directly shapes the health of our environment, while changes to air, soil, and water in turn affect the health of our bodies.  This overnight camp for students in grades 10-12 offers hands-on experience with the tools and techniques food scientists use to create systems that are healthier, more sustainable, and accessible to all.
