Professor Edgar Adams and Assistant Professor Myoungkeun Kim had articles published in the Journal of Architecture Education’s Winter 2026 issue, Educating Civic Architects.

Adams article   places the Civic Architect at the core of a discipline that has struggled to define itself within a rapidly changing professional landscape.

Kim’s article  presented studios he has led that reframe infrastructure as a civic space, engaging students in critical design research that challenges professional boundaries.
