Academic Programs
SSNS offers degree options for both undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of social or natural science. Programs focus on developing students skilled in analytical thinking, research methods, quantitative reasoning, and sociocultural learning.
Center For Economic and Environmental Development (CEED)
Created to promote the environmentally sustainable development of marine and maritime industries in Rhode Island, the center serves as a research hub where students get hands-on experience and work on community-based projects that intersect economic development with environmental stewardship.
